Christmas New Orleans Style
Christmas may be the most wonderful time of the year. But it’s traditionally a slow time for the New Orleans tourism industry. The city may not have the white Christmas everyone dreams of, but New Orleans has plenty more to offer.
To help tell our Christmas story, we enlisted New Orleans native Bryan Batt from AMC’s Mad Men. His personality embodied the revelry of New Orleans during the holiday season in a coordinated series of videos, print ads and online executions. A mobile-driven contest for a $4,000 New Orleans shopping experience helped to drive further interest. The campaign delivered, doubling our goal of contest entries and capping off the best year for New Orleans tourism since Hurricane Katrina.
