Ochsner is a healthcare system of more than 17,000 employees that operates across the Gulf South. But more than that they are passionate leaders in the field of medicine who want to communicate to the world their mission: to serve, heal, lead, educate and innovate.

To convey this message in a way that differentiates them from other healthcare systems, we leveraged two key attributes:

  • Their passion for innovation
  • Their internal drive to always improve the lives of their patients in all ways possible

This approach means thinking of the brand as an innovation incubator as much as a healthcare system. The resulting campaign platform is called “Relentless.” It pits the relentless nature of diseases they fight against Ochsner’s own relentless spirit – striving for a better way to get patients back to living the lives they love.
