The Programmatic Specialist will be responsible for Programmatic/Native media planning, recommendations, consultation, & stewardship.Candidates must have at least 3 or more years of Online Media Planning experience. If you do not have this work experience, please include a cover letter outlining how the experience and skills you possess can be transferred to the role.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Programmatic/Native campaign development, consultation, & thought leadership.
  • Presenting & stewarding feedback for plan recommendations
  • Management of contribution to overall flowchart/updates
  • Providing updates on state of the media channels in terms of trends & consumer shifts
  • Overseeing trafficking, implementation, billing
  • Collaborating with Analytics to develop Programmatic/Native reporting & insights in conjunction with other digital channels.
  • Manage DSP partnerships with vendors.
  • Develop collection of channel guidelines and best practices to drive executions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Client Management.
  • 3+ Years Online Media Planning (emphasis on Programmatic/Native).
  • Experience with Team Management.
  • Microsoft Excel experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience presenting to clients.
  • 1+ years trafficking, tagging, & pixel placement experience.
  • 1+ years vendor management experience.
  • 3+ years Channel Tool specific experience:
  • Working with DSPs, & DMPs
  • Nielsen MRI, Comscore, Competitive Reporting Tools (Ad Intel)
  • Ad Serving/Verification/Farud platforms
  • 1+ years managing across Internal Teams (Digital, Offline, Analytics, Account Team collaboration).
