The Ad Operations Specialist will play a critical role in the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns. This person will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of ad campaigns, ensuring accurate ad placements, and optimizing campaign performance to meet client objectives. We are looking for someone with expertise in ad technology and attention to detail who will drive seamless ad delivery across various platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ad Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display networks, programmatic platforms, etc.
- Ad Trafficking: Set up and traffic ad creatives, ensuring they comply with technical requirements and are correctly tagged for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Ad Placement and Targeting: Implement precise ad targeting based on demographics, geography, behavior, and other relevant factors to reach the intended audience.
- Ad Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, or reporting to minimize disruptions to campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, creative, and data analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Ad Tech Integration: Stay updated with the latest ad tech trends and tools and collaborate with the tech team to integrate new technologies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of ad creatives and landing pages.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years working in ad ops or yield management in Offline/Online channels (3+ in Online a requirement)
- Familiarity with ad trafficking tools and ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, Adform, etc.).
- 3+ experience working with ad technology (Google AdManager, 3rd party tags, web QA, ad targeting, order management systems, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of ad formats, tracking, and targeting capabilities.
- SQL Knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
